Tina Howard

Tina Howard is an accomplished professional in the field of structural biology with extensive experience in protein crystallization and X-ray structural determination. Currently serving as Director of Structural Biology and Chief Technology Officer at Peak Proteins since October 2015, Tina specializes in protein production and purification. Prior roles include Senior Research Scientist at AstraZeneca, focusing on oncology and infection projects within the Structure and Biophysics group, and postdoctoral research positions at UMIST and The University of Glasgow, where research concentrated on potassium channels and bacterial photosynthetic membrane proteins, respectively. Tina holds a PhD in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from The University of Manchester and a degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
