Ellis Hui

Ellis Hui has a vast and diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Ellis has held various roles in different companies, starting as a Loss Adjuster at GAB Robins Hong Kong Limited in 2006. Ellis then moved on to roles such as Senior Loss Adjuster at Cunningham Lindsey (Hong Kong) Limited and further advanced to Manager at Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited. Ellis continued their career progression as a Senior Claims Officer at Sompo Insurance (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., followed by an Assistant Manager role at QBE Insurance. Currently, Ellis holds the position of AVP, Claims at Peak Re, where they later advanced to the VP, Claims position.

Ellis Hui completed a Higher Diploma in Financial Services with a major in Insurance from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education in 2005. Later, in 2009, Ellis pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Edinburgh Napier University. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2017, Ellis earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London.
