Andrew Dellinger

Andrew Dellinger is an Associate at Peak Rock Capital, engaged in equity and debt transactions since October 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew served as an Associate in Investments at Welltower™ Inc. from June 2019 to September 2022, focusing on healthcare real estate transactions. Andrew also held the position of Investment Analyst, underwriting and executing various healthcare real estate transactions, participating in significant activities such as joint venture formations and dissolutions involving foreign pension funds. Earlier experience includes an internship in Capital Strategy at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where Andrew developed models for capital allocation decisions, and a Risk Assurance internship at PwC, working with major Fortune 500 companies.
