Mark Dempsey has extensive experience in the healthcare and sports medicine sectors, currently serving as Administrator and Owner of PEAK Sport and Spine since November 2014, where oversight includes operations for 30 physical therapy clinics and a workforce of over 200 employees. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Administrator and Owner at Peak Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine from April 1999 to October 2014, and served as Director of Sports Medicine at HealthSouth Rehab of Columbia from November 1991 to April 1999. Mark Dempsey earned a Master of Education in Human Performance from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Central Methodist University.
