Jaclyn Doak

Jaclyn is a Senior Associate at PEAK Technology Partners. Jaclyn has over four years of investment banking experience, and has executed over $3 billion of transactions over her career. Prior to joining PEAK, Jaclyn was an associate at EC Mergers & Acquisitions, a global investment banking firm specializing in M&A. Prior to joining EC, Jaclyn was with Zelman & Associates, a boutique investment bank dedicated to the U.S. housing industry. Jaclyn holds a JD / MBA from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and Price College of Business and BA with Honors from New Mexico State University. Jaclyn is a New York State-licensed attorney where she serves on the New York County Lawyer’s Association Corporate Finance Committee.
