Scotty Williams

Scotty is a Director at PEAK Technology Partners. Scotty has 15 years of corporate strategy and investment advisory experience focused on mergers and acquisitions for technology-enabled businesses. Scotty has executed over $3 billion of transactions over his career. Prior to PEAK, Scotty led strategy and corporate development for HireRight, a global technology-enabled business services company focused on pre-employment screening and compliance. Prior to HireRight, Scotty managed a family office investment portfolio placing debt and equity with early stage technology companies and providing seed capital for entrepreneurs. Scotty began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in New York City, executing M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries. Scotty holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
