Phillip Lancaster

Phillip Lancaster has extensive experience in the utility and energy sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Peak Utility Services Group since July 2025. Prior roles include CEO and VP of Corporate Development at Mammoth Energy Services from September 2016 to June 2025, alongside interim leadership positions for Cobra, Higher Power, and 5 Star in 2019. Lancaster has also held several executive roles, including President of Mammoth Energy Partners LP (2014-2015), Chief Executive Officer of REDBACK Energy Services, LLC (2011-2015), and Chief Executive Officer of Great White Energy Services (2006-2010), where significant operational expansions were achieved. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for Bronco Drilling during its initial public offering and directing tennis at Bent Tree Country Club in the late 1980s. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from David Lipscomb College and prior studies at Monivae College.
