Irene Ang

Irene Ang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations management, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at ZA Tech since June 2021, Irene drives the company's expansion in Malaysia and spearheads insurance and commercial partnerships. Prior to this, Irene was the Operations Manager at Dive Damai, overseeing the operations of multiple liveaboards, and held various roles including Associate Director at AIG and Senior Client Manager at CIMB, focusing on stakeholder relations and process improvements. Irene holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations and a Diploma in Mass Communication with a specialization in Advertising from Tunku Abdul Rahman University.
