Xuanbi Bill Song

Xuanbi Bill SONG is the CEO and Co-Founder of Peak3 (formerly ZA Tech) since 2018. Prior to this role, Xuanbi served as a Board Member at ZhongAn Technologies International Group Limited from 2017 to 2024 and was the General Manager of the Auto Insurance Division at ZhongAn Insurance from 2014 to 2016. Xuanbi has extensive experience in the insurance sector, having held several leadership positions at Allianz China General Insurance Company from 2007 to 2014, including COO, Head of Project, and Head of Compliance. Earlier in Xuanbi's career, roles at GE Plastic (China) from 2004 to 2007 included TCO and Lean Leader, as well as participation in the Operation Management Leadership Program. Xuanbi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University and a Master's degree in Finance from Sun Yat-sen University.
