John Riley serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Peak3 Construction + Development + Estate Management since November 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Hubbell Incorporated, where John held several senior leadership roles, including VP of Innovation IT, VP of Marketplace Automation, and eCommerce Manager. While at Hubbell, John was instrumental in driving digital transformation and overseeing enterprise connectivity and partner integration. Additionally, John was the VP of Innovation & Growth at Nexii Building Solutions from April 2021 to November 2023, where significant achievements included launching the Integrated Technology Partnership Program and partnering with Siemens on an innovative EV infrastructure solution. John holds an M.B.A. in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Bryant University.
