Justin Reger

Justin joined PeakEquity in 2017. Justin spent nine years at LLR Partners, most recently leading their enterprise application software practice, and was involved with 14 investments ranging from growth capital financings to majority recapitalizations.

Justin was also in the investment banking practice at Citigroup advising private equity firms on leveraged buyouts in a variety of industries. Prior to Citigroup, he began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the firm’s audit practice and ultimately transitioned to a manager role leading advisory engagements around M&A transactions and forensic investigations.

Justin currently serves on the board of Key2Act, a construction software provider, Xeeva, Grayshift and G5, and previously held board positions at Maxwell Systems, Revitas, Quintiq, SparkPost, Rapid Ratings, Logi Analytics, and CompoSecure.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the board of the Penney Girls Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to positively impacting chronically ill children and their families.
