Saurabh Chauhan

Saurabh Chauhan is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader. Saurabh is currently the Founder & CEO of Peakflo. Prior to this, they were the Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First from 2020. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Venture Group MD and Venture Country MD at Rocket Internet SE. In 2018, they were the Group Managing Director and Rocket Internet Venture at Vaniday, where they raised 7-digit funding from Asia Pacific Internet Group and delivered a 150% increase in GMV. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Managing Director at Daraz.lk, which was acquired by Alibaba Group for US$200m. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where they were rated 'Distinctive' in their 2014 year-end performance review.

Saurabh Chauhan is currently enrolled in the Winter 2022 batch at Y Combinator. Saurabh was previously offered deferred MBA admission twice at Indian School of Business (co '17 & '18), but did not attend due to a commitment at Daraz.lk (Alibaba). Saurabh holds a Bachelors in Business Studies (B.B.S.) from Shaheed Sukhdev College Of Business Studies, University of Delhi, with a Finance Specialization in their 3rd Year. Saurabh has also obtained additional certifications, such as passing Level II of the CFA Program from the CFA Institute in June 2015, passing Level I of the CFA Program from the CFA Institute in December 2013, and obtaining a NSE Certified Capital Market Professional from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in 2012.
