Harley Gold

Harley Gold is an accomplished professional in the commercial real estate and financial services sectors. As Managing Director at Peakhill Capital since November 2019, Harley oversees a significant investment platform in Canada and the US, focusing on first mortgages, preferred equity, and co-GP equity with leading developers, contributing over $3 billion annually. Harley served on the Member Board of Directors of Lighthouse Credit Union from April 2022 to December 2023, supporting financial services tailored to the Jewish community in the Greater Toronto Area. Prior experience includes Vice-President of Business Development at CMLS Financial from 2008 to October 2019, facilitating mortgage financing for commercial real estate, and earlier roles as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Largo Capital, Inc. Harley holds a BA in Economics and Geography from the University of Toronto and an MBA in Finance from Canisius University.
