Zach Chandler

Zach Chandler is a seasoned financial operations manager with extensive experience in real estate management. Currently serving as the Senior Financial Operations Manager at PeakMade Real Estate since January 2021, Zach is responsible for overseeing a 1732-bed property's annual budget, enhancing net operating income, and managing capital projects. Prior roles include Operations & Leasing Manager and Leasing & Marketing Manager, where Zach successfully maximized occupancy rates and managed compliance and vendor contracts.
