Kristi Edwards

Kristi Edwards is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Louisiana State University and her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. In the counseling room, Kristi desires to build a safe haven where she can walk beside individuals as they wrestle with the difficult places and times in life. Her hope is to help individuals work towards healing, balance, and well-being. Kristi holistically approaches the counseling process by including physical, mental, and emotional aspects. Kristi believes that great insight can be gained from one’s family of origin, past experiences, present happenings, and future desires. Kristi has previous experience working in private practice, hospital setting focusing on substance abuse, and in-home therapy.
