Nikhil Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles across various industries. As Co-Founder of PeakMind, Gupta focuses on enhancing student well-being through digital, personalized support, engaging with students, teachers, and parents. In addition, Gupta has been associated with Nurturing Souls as a coach in Conscious Parenting since 2018. Previously, Gupta held significant positions at Wipro, including P&L Head for the Manufacturing Cluster in the Nordics Region, where major deals totaling over USD 100 million were secured. Other notable roles include Sales Head for APMEA at Wipro, Co-Founder and CEO of ItsMyMeal, and leadership positions at Infosys BPM, Genpact, and Delphi Automotive Systems. Gupta holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a certification in International Trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
