Tom Arends

Tom Arends is the CEO and Founder of Peaks NL, a position held since October 2016. Prior to this role, Tom Arends served at Rabobank from 2010 to September 2016 as the Lead Business Change Manager for Savings and Investments, where responsibilities included leading the digital transformation of the retail investment business and enhancing the cross-channel and mobile platform. Additional roles at Rabobank included Head of Quantitative Investment Research, focusing on investment policy, strategic asset allocation, and risk management models. Earlier in the career, Tom Arends worked at Robeco from 2002 to 2010 in various positions, including Organisational Change Manager, Team Leader of Product Research, Senior Investment Analyst for Structured Products and Fixed Income, Derivatives Analyst, and Strategist. Academic qualifications include an MSc in International Business with a specialization in Finance/Investment Theory from Tilburg University and a CFA-charter from the CFA Institute, among other prestigious education credentials.
