David Vallillo is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and consulting. As President of PeakStar Consulting Services since April 2020, Vallillo leads initiatives focused on optimizing hotel operations and enhancing sales results through a network of seasoned hospitality executives. Previously, Vallillo served as Area General Manager for Crestline Hotels & Resorts, overseeing multiple properties in Orlando, Florida, including the Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites. Earlier roles included Complexed General Manager at Embassy Suites, where responsibilities spanned several hotels, and General Manager at an Embassy Suites in Parsippany, New Jersey. Vallillo began a career at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as Food and Beverage Director and later as Assistant General Manager. Vallillo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stockton University and is an advocate for industry collaboration through #HoteliersSupportingHoteliers.
