Max Kaminsky

Max Kaminsky is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in capital transactions and asset management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Peakstone Realty Trust since January 2021, Max oversees all aspects of capital transactions for the firm. Prior to this role, Max held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Griffin Capital Company, LLC from June 2014 to January 2021. Max’s career began at Ernst & Young, where a series of roles as Transaction Real Estate Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Manager focused on commercial property valuation, due diligence, capital markets, strategy, loan analysis, debt valuation, and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes real estate development at NAI MLG Commercial. Max holds a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has further education from the Wisconsin School of Business.
