Denise Pace-Sanders

Denise Pace-Sanders has a diverse work experience in the marketing and banking industry. Denise is currently working at Peapack-Gladstone Bank as the SVP Managing Principal and Brand and Marketing Director since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President and Brand and Marketing Director from December 2016 to March 2021, and Vice President and Brand and Marketing Director from October 2006 to December 2016.

Before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Denise worked as the Assistant Vice President and Marketing Officer at Unity Bank in 2006. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the eCommerce Manager at Affinity Federal Credit Union.

Denise started their career at UnitedTrust Bank in 1999, where they worked as the Vice President and Assistant Marketing Director until 2004. Prior to that, they gained experience as an Advertising Coordinator at TD (formerly Commerce Bank) from 1997 to 1998.

Before entering the banking industry, Denise worked as a Media Planner/Buyer at J. Caserta & Associates from 1994 to 1997. Denise also worked as a Media Buyer at Wieden + Kennedy from 1991 to 1993. Overall, Denise has demonstrated their expertise in marketing and brand management throughout their career.

Denise Pace-Sanders has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations from the University of South Carolina. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Raritan Valley Community College. Denise completed their high school education at Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, NJ.
