In 1993, they obtained a certification as a Certified Cash Manager (CCM) from the Treasury Management Association. Additionally, from 1993 to 1995, they took part in MBA Coursework at the University of Hartford, with a focus on Corporate Finance, Investment Management, and Economic Analysis.
