Tim Weelborg

Tim Weelborg is a co-founder and managing partner at Homegrown Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments in high-growth, technology-driven companies primarily in the AgTech, FinTech, and B2B software sectors across South Dakota and North Dakota. In addition to this role, Tim serves on the boards of several organizations, including Soiltech Wireless, Inc., Sentinel Fertigation, School of Traditional Skills, SiteKick, and Devii, while also holding board observer positions for Grain Weevil, ProsperStack, Thread, and Pear Commerce. Tim Weelborg holds an M.B.A. from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Business Economics from South Dakota State University, along with professional certifications in financial modeling and economic development finance.
