Cody Stidham

Cody Stidham has over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Cody is currently the Director of Operations, ESS at Pearce Renewables since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Vice President Of Operations at RISE power from January 2021. Before joining RISE power, Cody worked at Tesla as a Regional Operations Manager from December 2017 to January 2021. Cody also gained experience at SolarCity as a Regional Operations Manager from August 2015 to January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Vivint Solar as an Operation Manager from January 2014 to August 2015. Cody began their career at Vivint as a Field Service Professional in April 2007 and later became an Operations Manager, holding responsibilities such as recruiting, training, field installation, inventory management, and human resource management until December 2013.

Cody Stidham earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Stephen F. Austin State University between 2006 and 2009.
