Kapil Sehgal has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Kapil is currently the Finance Head at Pearce Services, where they are responsible for accounting and reporting, compliance, budgeting, and managing a team. Prior to this, they were the Vice President Finance at Jorie Healthcare Partners.

Kapil has also served as the Chief Financial Officer at ORANE INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED, where they were in charge of financial closures, budgeting, investor presentations, and compliance. Kapil has experience in team management and handling audits, company secretaries, and consultants.

Before that, Kapil was a Co-Founder of GetMeCab, where they oversaw finance, product, and strategy. Kapil was responsible for revenue assurance, financial modeling, investor relations, and banking operations. Kapil also served as the Finance Controller at Gadgetwood eServices Pvt. Ltd., handling financial operations in the mobile phone industry.

Kapil has worked as a Finance Manager and Finance Consultant at Mettl, contributing to financial operations and training services. Kapil also founded their own firm, Kapil Sehgal & Associates, offering accounting and tax services to clients.
