Training Manager For The Engineering And Wireline Division at Pearce Services

Kymberly Matuszak has a diverse range of work experience. Kymberly started their professional career in 2010 at Best Buy as a Sales Associate. Kymberly then worked as a Crew Helper at Bachman's Landscaping from May 2011 to August 2011.

From 2011 to 2013, Kymberly worked as an Office Assistant at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview. During this time, they gained valuable administrative skills.

In 2013, they joined DeBauche Communications & Consulting Services as an OSP Engineer/Senior AutoCAD Drafter. Here, they focused on AT&T projects and developed proficiency in AT&T standards, infrastructure, and software. Kymberly successfully completed various tasks related to fielding, designing, and drafting projects. Kymberly also maintained regular communication with clients to ensure design satisfaction, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.

Kymberly moved on to Pearce Services in 2017, where they have held multiple roles. Kymberly started as a Senior Outside Plant Engineer, responsible for engineering and drafting OSP fiber projects for AT&T, including FNAP Greenfield, FNAP Brownfield, PFP, SAI Retrofit, and Fiber Backbone. Kymberly also trained new employees and conducted quality checks on other engineers' designs.

Kymberly then became a Project Manager, overseeing the AT&T pole work in the AT&T Central South region. Kymberly managed a team that handled 300-400 jobs per month and also led the make-ready work for third parties to attach to AT&T-owned poles. In addition, they served as a trainer for AT&T software ARAMIS, as well as developing and updating live resources for the engineers.

Kymberly's most recent role at Pearce Services is the Training Manager for the Engineering and Wireline Division. Kymberly evaluates training needs, translates requirements into effective trainings, builds annual training programs, and prepares teaching plans.

Aside from their professional experience, they also gained valuable experience during their time at the University of Minnesota as a Student Supervisor, where they supervised and managed a team. Kymberly also worked as a Student Assistant to a Landscape Architect at the University of Minnesota Facilities Management.

Throughout their career, Kymberly has demonstrated strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Kymberly Matuszak obtained a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from the University of Minnesota between 2006 and 2013. Kymberly'sstudies focused on Environmental Design & Sustainability Studies.
