Nisha K has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nisha started their career in 2015 as an HR Executive at Scorpsoft Ventures, where they were responsible for recruitment and resourcing and handling the induction program. In 2016, they joined Nebero Systems Private Limited as a Senior Executive HR. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the Head HR at PRIMARY ESTATES AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED. Nisha then moved to Xpert Webtech Pvt. Ltd. - IT Company in 2020, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter. In 2022, they served as an HR Manager at Knick Global. Currently, they are working as a Corporate Recruiter at Pearce Services since 2023.

Nisha .k completed their education in a chronological manner. Nisha started with high school at DAV Public School from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Medical Sciences. After completing high school, Nisha .k pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Biophysics at Panjab University from 2010 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university, completing it from 2013 to 2015.
