Patrick McDougal

Patrick McDougal serves as the Vice President of Field Services at Pearce Renewables, a role held since August 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as the Commercial O&M Manager for Renewable Energy Operations at Tesla from November 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and developing mobile applications and inspection procedures. Prior to Tesla, McDougal worked at SpeedConnect Wireless Internet, Television and Telephone in various roles including Director of Operations, where efforts focused on enhancing service reliability and customer satisfaction metrics. Additionally, McDougal served in the US Army as a Land Combat Electronic Missile Systems Repairer from January 2006 to January 2011, progressing through leadership positions. McDougal holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Global Management from American Military University and a Black Belt Certification in Lean & Six Sigma from The Lean Six Sigma Company.
