Rupal Patel

Rupal Patel has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In their most recent position as the Director of Business Operations at Pearce Services since 2022, they are responsible for overseeing the company's operational functions. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Staff at Zenput from 2021 to 2022, where they provided strategic guidance and managed cross-functional projects.

From 2017 to 2021, Rupal worked as a Principal Consultant at Quality & Productivity Solutions, Inc., where they implemented management systems and improved processes for multiple organizations. Rupal also founded and served as the CEO of Realytics, LLC from 2012 to 2018, a successful SaaS company specializing in data analytics for movie theaters.

Earlier in their career, Rupal held positions at Perpetuating, Inc. as a Director from 2009 to 2012 and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in Finance and Operations Management Advisory Services from 2006 to 2009. Rupal started their career as a Business Analyst in Sales Operations at EMC from 2003 to 2006.

Throughout their career, Rupal has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of strategic planning, operations management, and process improvement.

Rupal Patel holds an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago. Rupal also has a BSBA degree in Marketing and Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. In addition to their formal education, Rupal has obtained various certifications including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2020, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2010, and Principal QMS Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc. in 2018. Rupal is also in the process of obtaining a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Level I from Quality & Productivity Solutions, Inc.
