Maurizio Grioli

Maurizio Grioli is an accomplished academic leader in the field of fashion design, currently serving as Dean and Academic Dean at Pearl Academy since May 2016, where responsibilities include providing strong leadership and managing the School of Fashion. Previous experience includes the role of Creative Director at JD International Design School from February 2015 to April 2016, focusing on academic leadership and curriculum development. Maurizio also served as a Faculty Lecturer in Fashion Design at Chanapatana International Design Institute, where teaching encompassed Design Thinking, Collection Design, Tailoring, and Illustration. As the Head of the Fashion Design Department at Accademia Italiana from 2006 to 2011, Maurizio oversaw academic leadership and curriculum delivery, alongside teaching Costume Design subjects. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the University of the West of England, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
