Tom Berget

Tom Berget is currently the Director of Business Development & Sales at Pearl Group, where Tom helps companies achieve business potential through digital transformation. Tom also serves as the Director of PearlCare, focusing on customer care and building future-oriented cloud-based operational models. Previously, Tom has held various consulting roles at SpareBank 1 Modum, Aker Solutions, SAP Norway, and other companies. Tom holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School and has completed programs in organizational leadership and finance.
