Michael Franklin is an experienced organizational development and leadership consultant currently serving as the Affiliate Managing Director at Pearl Meyer and as Principal Owner of Michael Franklin Consulting, both since June 2023. With a rich history in leadership roles, Franklin has held positions such as Partner at The River Group LLC, Managing Director at PwC, and Partner at Delta Consulting Group and Mercer. Franklin’s expertise encompasses CEO and executive assessment, organizational design, leadership development, and strategic consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Academically, Franklin holds a BA in Psychology from UCLA and a PhD in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
