Prior to that, Paul worked at Korn Ferry Hay Group in various senior roles, specializing in executive pay and governance. Paul is highly experienced in incentive design and transaction-related compensation issues. Paul holds an MBA in Finance, Consulting, and Strategy from Emory University, as well as a BA in Economics with concentrations in Business Policy and Financial Economics.
