Madison Blough

Madison Blough has extensive experience in the hospitality and property management sectors, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at Pearl Properties Commercial Management LLC since October 2019, with prior roles including Tenant Relations Manager and Assistant Tenant Relations Manager. Previously, Madison worked at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from September 2016 to October 2019, holding positions such as Assistant Front Office Manager and Guest Services Manager at various Hotel Palomar and Hotel Monaco locations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Catering Assistant at Wilton's Catering and as a Hospitality Overview Intern at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. Madison began a career in hospitality as a Floor Supervisor and Head Server at Arigato Sushi Boutique, and previously managed stock and retail operations at Ambiance. Madison holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a Business Minor from Auburn University.
