Candace Harper

Candace Harper is an experienced professional currently holding various titles at Pearl River Community College and Best Choice Realty, Inc. Candace has a Doctor of Education degree from Delta State University, an Executive MBA from Troy University, and a PhD in Human Capital Development from The University of Southern Mississippi. Candace has a strong background in business, marketing, management, and real estate, and has taken on roles such as Vice President of Enrollment Management & Business Services, Associate Broker, and Instructor for the Business Marketing/Management Online Program. Candace also serves as Coordinator of Alumni Services, managing fundraising efforts for scholarships.
