Dr. Earnest Evans, Jr. is a NCCER certified instructor who has been teaching general construction and engineering skills to students and adults since September 2001. Dr. Earnest also serves as a Workforce Trainer and Instructor at Pearl River Community College, providing knowledge in construction trades, electrical, and basic manufacturing. With a background in quality engineering and control, Dr. Earnest has been an educator and coach at HPSD since 2001. Dr. Evans holds a Doctor of Education, a Master of Education, and a Bachelor of Education.
