Hope Cruz Clark

Hope Cruz Clark, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in engineering and information technology across various sectors, including government and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Sustaining Engineering Project Manager at Pearl River Technologies LLC, Hope manages a sustainment engineering contract at NASA. Previous roles include Director of Civilian Programs at A-TEK, Inc., overseeing NOAA projects, and Director of Programs at Think Tank Inc., providing contract management and technical direction for NOAA's ProTech Fisheries. Hope has also contributed to the establishment of Program Management Offices at both Cyquent, Inc. and Zillion Technologies, Inc., and has held various leadership roles in project management, program oversight, and strategic analysis since beginning a career in the IT field after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master's Degree in Project Management from American Graduate University.
