Jorge Castro

Jorge Castro is the Chief Executive Officer of Pearl West Restaurant Group, where Jorge has been since March 2008. Additionally, Jorge is the Owner of DOSALAS latin kitchen + tequila bar and margaritafactory. Jorge attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts from 2003 to 2005, where Jorge earned an Associate's degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management. Jorge also graduated from North Medford High School in 2004.
