Mark Bouw has a long and varied work experience. Mark began their career in 1992 as a Trauma Care Clinical Specialist for the Australian Government. In 1996, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a National Account Manager. Mark then moved to Unicharm Australasia in 1998 as a National Business Manager-Healthcare. In 2000, they became the General Manager for CROSSMARK. In 2003, they founded Muidop Investments, a capital investor business. In 2019, they joined the Australian Tissue Donation Network as a Non Executive Director & Company Secretary. In 2021, they became the Chair of the Board of Directors for Nuffield Group. In 2022, they became a Non Executive Director for Pearlii. In 2023, they joined Volpara Health as a Non Executive Director.
Mark Bouw has a diverse education history. Mark obtained a Graduate Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2020. Mark also completed a Master of Business Administration from The University of Sydney Business School in 2014, with a focus in International/Global Studies. In 2014, they completed Executive Education programs from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in International Business. Additionally, they completed an Executive Education program from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in International Business in 2013. In 2000, they completed an eMBA-Grad. Dip. Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, with a focus in Business/Commerce, General. Lastly, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.App. Sc.) from Deakin University in 1992, with a focus in Nursing. Mark also holds two additional certifications: Member from the Institute of Public Accountants in 2022, and Tax Agent from the Tax Practitioners Board in 2021.
