Nidhina Ej

Nidhina EJ is a seasoned project manager currently employed at PearlSoft Technologies since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in project management and operations. Previously served as Head of Operations and Scrum Master at RGC Dynamics from April 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities included business planning, project execution, staff coaching, recruitment, and conducting meetings. Nidhina also held the position of COO and Project Manager at Creopedia Business Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. from August 2013 to March 2021. Nidhina holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Anna University Chennai, completed between 2008 and 2012.
