Rob Barkworth

Rob Barkworth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in promoting inclusion within organizations. Currently serving as the Director at Develop Inclusion Ltd since August 2022, Rob focuses on identifying and removing barriers to inclusion while coaching leaders to adopt inclusive practices. Previously, Rob has held multiple roles including Associate Psychologist, Psychologist, and Diversity Specialist at Pearn Kandola LLP since October 2004, and worked as a Researcher at The Institute for Employment Studies from September 2002 to October 2004. Rob's educational background includes studies at The University of Sheffield from 2000 to 2001 and at the University of Plymouth from 1997 to 2000.
