Allison McFarland is a Senior Content and Learning Specialist in Modern Foreign Languages at Pearson. With fourteen years of editorial experience in educational publishing, they have worked in English Language Teaching and the UK secondary schools market. Allison's career includes roles as a Freelance Translator and Proofreader, Proofreading and Copy-Editing Manager at ZigZag Education, and various production editor positions at Oxford University Press. They hold an MA (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of St. Andrews and a Master of Science in Translation and Technology from Heriot-Watt University.
