Celso Mugot

Celso Mugot, Jr., CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Assistant Manager for Financial Control and Reporting at Pearson since March 2023, leading a team of financial analysts and collaborating closely with colleagues in Belfast. Celso's experience encompasses roles in financial accounting and advisory, where responsibilities included managing lease accounting for over 500 properties and performing SOX control requirements. Previous positions include financial reporting and analysis roles at Punongbayan & Araullo, Pearson, XM, Course Hero, SMC Global Power Holdings Corp., IQ-EQ, Citi, EY, and JPMorgan Chase, contributing expertise in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and compliance with IFRS regulations.
