Christine Flores

Christine Flores is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in employee engagement and digital communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Employee Communications at Pearson since April 2014, Christine leads the strategic vision for global employee engagement and acts as the internal communications partner to the Chief Financial Officer. Previous roles at Pearson include Director of Employee Communications for Finance and Human Resources and Strategic Communications Director. Prior to Pearson, Christine worked at The Associated Press as Director of Digital Communications and Intranet Manager, overseeing significant projects such as the corporate website redesign. Christine's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Communications Specialist at Johnson & Johnson. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Media Studies from The New School and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Communication and Theater from Montclair State University.
