Elizabeth Visedo

Elizabeth Visedo, Ph.D., is an experienced educator and consultant with a focus on language acquisition and instructional technology. Currently serving as an Ed-TPA EAL Trainer and Scorer Supervisor at Pearson since August 2014, Elizabeth trains and supervises other scorers in the field of English as an Additional Language. In addition to this role, Elizabeth is the CEO and Educational Research Consultant at My APA Editor, providing research consulting and editing services for doctoral students and faculty. Elizabeth has held various adjunct faculty positions at institutions including Century College Minnesota, Hillsborough Community College, and Florida Southern University, teaching subjects related to sociolinguistics, ESL, and English for Academic Purposes. Elizabeth earned a Ph.D. in Second Language Acquisition and Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida, along with degrees in education from the University of Buenos Aires and the Instituto Nacional Superior de Profesorado en Lenguas Vivas.
