Hetal Patel

Hetal Patel is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with extensive experience in leading and mentoring quality engineering teams. Currently serving as a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Pearson since May 2017, Hetal has been integral in developing test strategies for the Global Learning Platform, focusing on analyzing RESTful APIs, writing, and automating test cases. Previously, Hetal held various positions at Pearson, including Senior Software Quality Engineer and Associate Software Quality Engineer, where responsibilities included functional, integration, regression, and system testing for the REVEL product. Prior to Pearson, Hetal contributed as a Software Test Lead at Happiest Minds Technologies, developing test cases for Pearson-focused projects, and has experience as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Misys and as a Software Test Engineer at ArisGlobal. Hetal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Nirma Institute of Technology.
