Jenae Manos

Jenae Manos is an accomplished production and operations management professional with extensive experience in leading large teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Currently serving as Production Manager at Pearson since May 2022, Jenae oversees a team of over 170 production employees, manages master scheduling for the Packaging department, and develops business proposals aligned with RFP specifications. Prior roles include Planning Business Unit Leader and Senior Production Planner at PepsiCo, where Jenae led the Ready to Eat team, planned production for multiple packaging lines, and managed procurement of materials. Earlier experience encompasses key positions in quality assurance and food safety at Quaker Oats, as well as various operational roles at Pearson North America. Jenae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
