Kathy Mucher, M.Ed., is currently serving as an Academic Data Lead at Pearson, where they lead the collection and analysis of K–12 academic data to enhance school performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. With a strong background in educational roles, Kathy previously worked as an Academic Data Analyst at Pearson Virtual Schools, where they provided critical insights and reports to drive strategic decisions. Earlier in their career, Kathy taught various subjects, including French and Algebra, and held administrative roles across multiple educational institutions. Passionate about leveraging data to improve student outcomes, Kathy has also integrated educational technology tools in K–12 settings to help customize learning experiences. They are currently pursuing their education at Auburn University.
