Nella Caruso

Nella Caruso, CHRP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Pearson Canada since 2006, currently serving as Human Resources Manager. In this role, Nella provides guidance on a wide range of HR issues to division leaders, line managers, and employees, while partnering with business units to achieve strategic objectives. Previous roles include HR Consultant, where recruitment and selection processes were managed, and HR Coordinator. Nella’s career began at Ceridian Canada Ltd. as a Sales Consultant for Small Business, complemented by an academic foundation in commerce with a BA from the University of Toronto Scarborough and further education at Seneca Polytechnic.
