Nitin Saxena

Nitin Saxena has over 20 years of experience in IT and service operations. Currently serving as DGM Service Operations at Pearson since October 2016, Nitin manages Cap-ex and Op-ex budgets, global standards for hardware deployment, vendor management, and the deployment of laptops and desktops in India. Previously, Nitin held the position of D.G.M (IT) at Aptara, overseeing a team of over 25 members in providing 24x7 desktop support, software licensing, IT asset management, and budget planning. Nitin's earlier experience includes working as a Conferencing Services Engineer at Adobe Systems, where responsibilities included managing conferencing services for the India and APAC region, and as an FMS Engineer at CMS Computers, providing IT infrastructure support. Nitin holds a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Technology from Amity University and a Project Management Professional certification from Knowledgewoods.
