Eileen Quina has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Eileen began their career in 2001 as a Guest Services Agent at Holiday Inn Express - Monterey Bay, where they provided exceptional customer service and handled various tasks such as check-ins, cash handling, and assisting guests with reservations.

In 2004, Eileen joined Carmel Valley Ranch as a Group Reservations Coordinator, where they were responsible for creating and managing group bookings, providing anticipatory guest services, and allocating room types based on availability. Eileen also upsold suites and ensured all group requests were met.

From 2007 to 2015, Eileen worked as a Group Reservations Coordinator at Pebble Beach Company.
